This book illustrates what prevents teachers from doing their actual job; teaching in S. Korea. We analyzed/dreamt of possible ways to achieve our ultimate goal, "student growth," in the systemic, cultural improvement. It was ranked 13 as the top-selling educational book in Korea on its first-week launch. This is my interview article with S. Korea's education journal EduPlus. This article covers the motive and purpose of my participation in co-writing the book; the differences in accepting innovation are hugely different in enterprises of silicon valley vs. schools in Korea. As well as the vision of my business and my belief in working education
This is an interview article with S. Korea's education journal EduPlus that Co-Autor of this book SungHwan Kim did. He is pointing out how school was able to adapt and be flexible with new processes and systems very quickly during the Covid era and emphasizes that the attitude of accepting changes in schools is a necessity.
